Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program
All students at Mordialloc College are required to bring their own personal digital learning device. To participate in the BYOD program, students must sign the College’s Acceptable Use and eSafety Agreement and adhere to all College device specifications. Students can choose to use a laptop or tablet style device and these devices may run any operating system, however the College currently does not recommend or support Chromebook devices. The college has a small number of laptops available to loan to students who are under severe financial duress. Please contact the Director of Wellbeing or the Director of eLearning if you wish to enquire about this further. Mordialloc College has iPads and laptops available for use in the Resource Hub. These can be used by students during recess and lunch, as well as when booked by a teacher during class time.
For more information regarding BYOD at Mordialloc College visit the BYOD Purchase Portal, download the BYOD information booklet or contact our Director of eLearning /STEM: Justin Wischusen at the College.
